MWCalc

Logiciel de calcul de masse moléculaire. Il peut également calculer l'analyse élémentaire. Il prend également en compte les virgules dans la composition des formules brutes (i.e.: CH₃OH_0.5).Il devrait bientôt pouvoir lire les parenthèses.

PWCalc

Logiciel de calcul pour les protéines. Il permet de calculer, outre la masse, le point isoélectrique, la composition en acides aminés, la formule brute. Il traite aussi les fichiers fasta.

dbSearch is a plugin for PyMOL. It add the ability to search a molecule structure into a database (MySQL) and to display it into the main window.

PDB Index Search (v0.7, 2006-04-12)

 
PDB Index Search is a plugin for PyMOL. It add the ability to search keywords into the PDB Index File (file which contains lots of information about each PDB entry). Results are displayed into a spreadsheet. Each result line can be open into the visualization window.

kfile_chemical

kfile_chemical is a plugin for kfile. It add a property window for some chemical file in KDE. For accessing this property window, stay over the file with the cursor or right-click and select 'Properties'.
